About the Role

ContactPoint360, a leading Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to lead our creative team through a comprehensive rebranding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Creative Strategies: Design and implement innovative rebranding concepts that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
  • Lead and Mentor a Creative Team: Foster a collaborative environment, guiding and inspiring a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective rebranding campaigns that meet business goals.
  • Oversee Creative Asset Production: Ensure the production of all creative assets meets high standards of quality and consistency throughout the rebranding process.
  • Manage the Creative Process: Provide clear direction and feedback to the team, managing the creative process from concept to completion.
  • Present Creative Concepts: Effectively communicate creative strategies and concepts to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive Creative Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy across all channels, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful rebranding projects.
  • Strong Understanding: A deep understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media, with familiarity with the latest design tools and software.
