We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team through the rebranding transition. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that ensure a smooth and impactful rebranding process, aligning with our business goals and resonating with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute creative concepts that drive the rebranding transition, leveraging your expertise in branding, marketing, and digital media.
  2. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective rebranding campaigns that meet business objectives.
  4. Oversee the production of all creative assets, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency throughout the rebranding process, and staying up-to-date with the latest design tools and software.
  5. Ensure that all creative work reflects the new brand identity and vision, aligning with our company's values and mission.
  6. Manage the creative process from concept to completion, providing clear direction and feedback to the team, and driving the creative vision and strategy across all channels.
  7. Present and articulate creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of your work.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful rebranding projects.
  2. Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media, with a focus on customer experience and employee experience.
  3. Familiarity with the latest design tools and software, and experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
