Senior Creative Director

About the Role
Ogilvy Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team. As a leader in the Art Department, you will collaborate with a multi-functional team of creatives, client services, strategic planners, and project managers to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute layouts that meet project objectives and deliverables
- Collaborate with copywriters to create compelling and effective creative solutions
- Oversee consistency across brands and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
- Manage the evolution of brands from a creative perspective
- Attend project briefs and provide input and suggestions as needed
- Review layouts prior to release and backup Art Directors on their brands
- Apply Ogilvy's ideals to all business-specific decisions
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an agency or similar environment
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of Figma/Sketch
- Background in developing print and digital pieces and campaigns
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Dynamic thinking with creative flair
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills
- Interest in science, health, and marketing, with a desire to continue learning
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Accountability, independence, and mindfulness of others
- Willingness to stay up-to-date on current design and advertising trends
- Self-motivation
