Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team through the rebranding transition. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that ensure a smooth and impactful rebranding process, aligning with our business goals and resonating with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts that drive the rebranding transition, leveraging your expertise in branding, marketing, and digital media.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective rebranding campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Oversee the production of all creative assets, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency throughout the rebranding process, and staying up-to-date with the latest design tools and software.
- Ensure that all creative work reflects the new brand identity and vision, aligning with our company's values and mission.
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion, providing clear direction and feedback to the team, and driving the creative vision and strategy across all channels.
- Present and articulate creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of your work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful rebranding projects.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media, with a focus on customer experience and employee experience.
- Familiarity with the latest design tools and software, and experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
