Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Case Management Travel RN to join our team in Ontario, California.

About the Role

This is a 12-week assignment requiring 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent acute care experience in Case Management and hold an active RN license.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and coordinate patient care. Your goal will be to promote quality outcomes, safety, and cost-effectiveness for patients who require long-term care or home care after hospitalization.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits include private housing or a generous housing allowance, comprehensive health insurance, dependent health insurance, competitive salaries, referral bonuses, travel reimbursement, a 401(k) retirement plan, and unlimited free CE credits.
