Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, and prepare periodic and special reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee payroll administration, manage accounts receivable, and perform reception and clerical duties.
  • Ensure that appropriate administrative procedures are followed and that the office is well-organized and efficient.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
Working Conditions:
  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
