About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Key Performance Coordinator to drive business growth within our Clinical Solutions division. This exciting opportunity involves developing sales documents and marketing materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging digital platforms to expand our market presence.


Responsibilities
  1. Sales Support: Assist Sales Representatives in reviewing contract documents, RFPs, and creating sales support materials.
  2. Digital Content Creation: Manage social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to engage with customers, promote products, and share industry insights.
  3. Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate product demonstration and training videos, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experiences.
  4. Reporting and Data Analysis: Develop and track custom reports to inform strategic decisions and measure performance.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Project Managers, Production Managers, and Regional Sales Managers, to achieve common goals.

Requirements
  1. Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various individuals and functions within the organization.
  2. Relationship Management: Ability to manage relationships with customers, distributors, and colleagues to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  3. Adaptability and Learning: Willingness to quickly learn and grasp knowledge on diverse products, as well as adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
  5. Teamwork and Time Management: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Richmond Hill, ON, and requires working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Amico offers a dynamic work environment that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
