At HM International Consulting Limited, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Key Performance Indicators Supervisor to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and motivate a team of customer service clerks.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting performance reviews, performing same duties as workers supervised, recruiting and hiring staff, coordinating, assigning and reviewing work, maintaining operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. They will also be responsible for requisitioning materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay up-to-date with job requirements and maintain a working knowledge of company processes.
  • Recruit and hire staff to fill vacant positions and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange for repair work to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support team operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
