Sales and Marketing Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Sales and Marketing team at Amico Clinical Solutions. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing sales documents and marketing materials, assisting sales representatives, and managing social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales documents and marketing materials, including brochures, spec sheets, and manuals.
  • Assist sales representatives in reviewing and redlining contract documents and RFPs.
  • Manage social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, to create engaging content and increase brand awareness.
  • Participate in and facilitate the filming of product demonstration and training videos.
  • Help schedule and facilitate sales meetings, and support sales representatives in their activities.
  • Create and track custom reports to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate events and manage the company website to ensure a strong online presence.
  • Collaborate with Amico teams, including engineering, project managers, production managers, and regional sales managers, to complete deliverables.
  • Report directly to the Sales Support Manager and General Manager.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively interact with various individuals and functions within the company.
  • Ability to manage relationships with customers, distributors, and coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to learn quickly and grasp knowledge on a diverse set of products.
  • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
  • Comfort and confidence with being on camera is an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be personable, organized, prompt, and have a strong attention to detail.

  • Full-time position, in-office, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
  • Richmond Hill, ON.
  • Base salary + benefits.
