As our Senior Community Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for customer service and day-to-day operations of our social media channels. You will provide support to creators, share updates, and participate in content creation to maximize engagement, reach, and social media conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for social media communications for Aylo and Pornhub Help social media accounts.
  • Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, posts, and inquiries from creators.
  • Evaluate creator issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with brand and product marketing teams to plan posting schedules.
  • Create and maintain content calendars.
  • Assist in social media content creation, scheduling, and copywriting.
  • Assist with social media insights and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
  • Measure social media performance to identify issues and opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Regularly monitor competitors.
  • Maintain clear communication and cooperation with various departments and teams.
  • Ensure high-quality service with prompt responses to all content creators.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media and community engagement roles with creative content writing expertise.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support-focused roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent writing skills to tailor tone for each conversation.
  • Proven track record of increasing reach and engagement in previous social media roles.
  • Solid understanding of social media best practices and effective use thereof.
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability in evenings and weekends to cover events and monitor social media.

Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year
