About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As an Equipment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment rental business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property
  • Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as necessary to ensure it meets all set specifications
  • Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost and/or damaged equipment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
  • Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred

Desirable Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral)
  • Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
  • General mechanical aptitude
  • Safety-focus

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
