About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Associate to join our team. As an Equipment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our rental equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property
  • Maintain a written maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance tasks as necessary
  • Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost or damaged equipment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
  • Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred

Desirable Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic math skills and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • General mechanical aptitude and a safety-focused mindset

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. The ability to work indoors and outdoors is also required.
