Driver Trainer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Driver Trainer to join our team at Johnston Equipment. As a Driver Trainer, you will be responsible for assisting sales reps in the preparation of quotes, managing trainer calendars, and coordinating training sessions for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify submitted Driver Training orders for audit purposes and ensure compliance with JSOX regulations.
- Enter and process Driver Training orders received from sales reps, including online keys, bookings, inspection booklets, and participant books.
- Manage trainer calendars by holding dates, offering date availabilities, and confirming live and virtual sessions via email.
- Submit travel expense requests on Concur on behalf of trainers for distant training sessions.
- Process credit cards, inspection booklets, and participant books, and coordinate training for GNJ employees as needed.
- Ensure all invoices are processed in the system as soon as orders are completed.
- Work together with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and disputes related to invoicing.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Concur.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
