Job Title: AG Equipment Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven AG Equipment Sales Associate to join our team at Flaman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting Flaman equipment to our customers and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service while promoting Flaman equipment in an honest and professional manner.
  • Build relationships and increase sales with existing and new clientele.
  • Proactively identify areas for company growth and implement strategies to achieve goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and share knowledge with the client network.
  • Prioritize tasks and projects for completion within designated deadlines.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Maintain ethical behavior and manage the sales process from beginning to end.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related field (an asset).
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture industry.
  • Knowledge and experience with Flaman equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and computer competency.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Professional, team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
