Job Title: AG Equipment Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven AG Equipment Sales Associate to join our team at Flaman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting Flaman equipment and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote Flaman equipment in a professional manner.
  • Build relationships and increase sales through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
  • Identify areas for company growth and remain up-to-date with product knowledge.
  • Prioritize tasks and projects for completion within designated deadlines.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Maintain ethical behavior and manage the sales process from beginning to end.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related field (an asset).
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture industry.
  • Knowledge and experience with Flaman equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and computer competency.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Professional, team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
