Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
