We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at City Fish. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including supervising and coordinating activities of workers
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work 35 hours per week and be available to work flexible hours as needed.
