Brar's Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards
  • Prepare and submit accurate budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge of our establishment's culinary genres and trends
Supervision

Direct supervision of 3-4 staff members

  • Stand for extended periods and walk frequently
