Job Overview:

The Project Management Specialist at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of key projects. This individual will be responsible for managing project details, data collection, and reporting to drive project efforts forward. Working closely with technical professionals, the Project Management Specialist will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, managing, and monitoring projects from concept through implementation.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects and gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Establish project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Meet with internal clients of assigned projects to provide status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track project performance, service levels, and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Assist with gathering data and preparing a variety of reports covering project estimates, project status, and other management reports.

Requirements:

  • Project management process knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.
  • Ability to perform effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications (Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, MS Word preferred).
  • Effective communication skills and strong desire to work with others.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum (preferred).
