About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Rogers Communications. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tailor solutions to meet customer needs and match them to Rogers and Fido brand products
  • Identify opportunities and achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment
  • Drive sales through engagement of existing customers by calling and texting to promote Rogers and Fido branded products
  • Represent the Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events
Requirements
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and establish connections with customers and team members
  • Customer experience skills to provide positive customer interactions through understanding and meeting customer needs
  • Adaptability to respond to changes in the store environment to meet customer and business needs
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple tasks while providing consistent customer service
  • Critical thinking skills to navigate and find solutions for unexpected situations
