Sales Representative Opportunity

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring brand visibility in the Windsor to Barrie to Cobourg territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, including average unit price, distribution, and door productivity targets for the brand collections.
  • Develop and follow an effective call plan for customer visits, aiming to visit all customers in a 4-12-week rotation or less.
  • Regularly refresh POP materials and ensure brand positioning is accurately reflected in-store.
  • Log visits and orders in the based ordering system.
  • Utilize reports, training, and tools to enhance customer relationships and sales effectiveness.
  • Proactively manage distribution in line with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct customer training, develop trunk shows, and participate in trade shows to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics to leadership to support growth strategies.
Requirements:
  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • Minimum of 2 years in direct sales with a proven track record of results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, training, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to carry sample bags weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and personal car required for daily work-related travel.
