Regional Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Care Manager to join our team at VON Canada (Ontario).
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to clients in their homes and communities. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing care to clients in their homes and communities.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of clients.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to client care and staff performance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, social work).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management or leadership.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
VON Canada (Ontario) offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous pension plan.
This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 35 hours of work per week. The successful candidate must be able to travel regularly throughout the region to visit clients and staff.
