About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milton, ON. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Record and respond to customer requests and concerns
  • Run daily and weekly reports to track order execution
  • Liaise with supply chain team members to ensure smooth order delivery
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive business success

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • High volume order management skills
  • Prior SAP experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Post-secondary degree
