Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Contract

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milton, ON. This is a contract position for a duration of 6 months.

This is a fully on-site role in our Milton, ON head office. Working hours for this role are 8:30am - 5pm or 9:30am to 6pm Monday through Friday.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be on the frontline of our business, working within our Supply Chain organization. You will be responsible for processing a high volume of customer orders and inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Record, process, and respond to all customer requests and concerns
  • Run daily and weekly reports to track accurate execution of customer orders
  • Liaise with supply chain members to ensure smooth order execution
