Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at EPIC - Educational Program Innovations Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing reports.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
Requirements
  • Bondable and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
