Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Ont Inc is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate service
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Supervise and inspect the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular standing for extended periods
