Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to our clients' dietary needs.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and engaging environment for their development.
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring their timely arrival and departure.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for them to express themselves.
Certifications and Qualifications
  • CPR Certificate to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care in emergency situations.
  • First Aid Certificate to provide immediate assistance in case of accidents or injuries.
Security and Safety
  • Criminal record check to ensure our clients' safety and well-being.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, helping them to integrate into our community.
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
Support for Indigenous People
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, promoting their growth and development.
  • Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees, fostering a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
