About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personalized support and care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Transport clients to appointments and errands
  • Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
Requirements
  • Must have a PSW certificate or RPN diploma
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and up to date on immunizations
  • Must have a good driving record and valid driver's license
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and vulnerable sector screening
