About the Role: We are seeking a qualified Home Care Worker to join our ALA Family team. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide personal care assistance to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus
  • Provide companionship and support to clients
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require 1-2 years of experience in a similar position. You will also need to be punctual, dependable, and have excellent client focus.

Working with ALA Family: As a member of our team, you will work in a non-smoking environment and have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings. You will also have access to training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career.

Language: The primary language spoken in this role is English.
