**The Role**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Analyst, based out of our Mitchell Plastics Kitchener location. Responsibilities would include:

- Assist in the completion of various month end tasks including journal entry, sales commissions, material usage variance analysis, labour efficiency variance analysis preparation ect.
- Responsible for generating the weekly material usage variance (MUV) and analyzing cycle count and inventory adjustments
- Updating weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators
- Ensuring that all Engineering and Tooling trial costs are invoiced
- Provide weekly sales information to management
- Maintaining costing standards in MRP system
- Assist in the preparation of the Capex budget and AOP
- Support the Finance team with the calculation and billing of inter-company transfer pricing
- Has three or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive
- Has a University degree with a major in finance or accounting related field
- Preferably has a CPA Designation or working towards a CPA designation
- Is proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
