Job Title: Dermatology Territory Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dermatology Territory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Galderma's prescription dermatology biologics, delivering sales performance, and meeting business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in specialty sales, with a focus on dermatology and biologics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics
  • Provide expert product knowledge to healthcare professionals
  • Plan and execute effective sales calls/activities on targeted HCPs
  • Analyze data and develop strategic business plans to enhance long-term sales performance
  • Produce reports and analyses to evaluate territory performance and identify opportunities
  • Deliver administrative tasks timely and accurately
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven specialty sales success in a quota-driven role
  • Experience in dermatology, specialty/medical device sales, and biologics preferred
  • Demonstrated strong track record of consistent documented success
  • Proficiency in interpreting clinical trial data and presenting compelling evidence
  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software
