We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Saboten Brentwood Restaurant Ltd.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food and service meet our high standards. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Establish work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
