Data Scientist for Amazon Analytics

Amazon is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will design and deliver complex software systems that empower decision making at Amazon.
About the Role:
This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build an intuitive experience for scientific analytics. You will work on long-term metrics that help Amazon make business investment decisions, using the best tech possible while being frugal. This role involves working on architecture designs, brainstorming with other engineers and leaders, planning your day-week-month, and coding.
Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver complex software systems that empower decision making at Amazon
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build an intuitive experience for scientific analytics
* Work on long-term metrics that help Amazon make business investment decisions
Requirements:
* 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
* 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
* Experience programming with at least one software programming language
* 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Benefits:
Amazon offers a competitive salary ranging from $114,800/year up to $191,800/year, with dependent reward and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package. The team values work-life balance and offers flexibility in working hours.
