Amazon Connect, a highly disruptive cloud-based contact center, is revolutionizing customer service experiences. We are seeking a senior audio applied scientist with expertise in speech and audio signal processing, machine learning, automatic speech recognition, and natural language processing to work on cutting-edge solutions for applications including speech enhancement, voice analytics, and real-time transcription of conversational audio.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. A PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, along with 6+ years of relevant industry experience, is required. The successful candidate will also have expertise in audio signal processing, machine learning, ASR, and NLP, with a track record of publication and patents.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $195,900 to $327,200 per year, based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, applicants may be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation.
