About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team of personal insurance advisors. As the Senior Vice President of Personal Insurance Operations, you will play a key role in driving business growth, improving client experience, and developing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of personal insurance advisors to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies to improve client experience and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurer partners to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Manage and analyze business performance metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of front-line sales and service management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of senior leadership experience
  • Experience in contributing to strategic direction and implementing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Strong business acumen, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Experience mentoring and developing business leaders
