About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Operations, Personal Insurance to lead our team of personal insurance advisors. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving client experience, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to maximize revenue and profitability in all personal insurance distribution channels.
  • Participate in senior management team meetings to influence business priorities and strategies.
  • Create and execute strategies to drive cross-selling initiatives and improve client retention.
  • Establish and implement short-term and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Lead and work in collaboration with the VP Sales-Personal Insurance to establish and execute a service model strategy that elevates client experience.
  • Partner with HUB's business leaders, key stakeholders, and the learning and development team to execute on strategies in retaining and developing talent.
  • Establish, execute, communicate, and manage client experience strategy.
  • Execute consolidation strategies across HUB's PL teams and business channels.
  • Manage insurer partner relationships, initiatives, changes, and escalations.
Requirements
  • Level 3 General Insurance License.
  • Minimum 7 years of front-line sales and service management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of senior leadership experience.
  • Experience in contributing to strategic direction and implementing plans/actions to achieve overall revenue, profit, and employee engagement goals.
  • Experience collaborating with various business leaders and problem-solving to maximize business performance.
  • Motivated to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience mentoring and developing business leaders.
  • Passion for driving excellent client service.
  • Excellent business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
