Job Title: Payroll Administration Manager

About the Job
Whiterockcity is seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Administration Manager to join our Financial Services team. This role reports directly to the Director, Finance and involves managing all aspects of payroll administration for multiple pay groups, collective agreements, and employees.

Responsibilities
As a Payroll Administration Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Overseeing timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees.
  2. Responsible for the reconciliation of payroll general ledger accounts, payroll system details, third-party remittances, and Canada Revenue Agency reports.
  3. Providing management, direction, support, training, and coaching to the payroll team and other Financial Services team members.
  4. Managing individual and team performance while providing ongoing feedback and identifying staff development needs.
