Procurement Governance and Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Governance and Compliance Manager to join our team at Société Financière Manuvie. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing effective vendor risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure completion and compliance for all activities related to regulatory governance, and act as a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements relating to vendor risk management.
- Vendor Risk Management: Perform data aggregation, data analytics, and reporting activities, and provide and maintain vendor risk reporting mechanisms.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning and team decisions, and contribute to the development and delivery of relevant policies, processes, and tools.
- Communication and Training: Support the development and execution of a robust communication and training plan to facilitate the effective awareness and application of the Global Procurement and Third Party Management Standard.
- Education: Undergraduate degree (business preferred)
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive business experience, preferably including procurement, vendor management, and/or risk management
- Skills: Working knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to management of third-party outsourcing, industry vendor risk management principles, and vendor risk analysis and governance best practices
