Overview: At Farm Credit Canada, we're seeking an experienced Agriculture Sales Strategist to develop and implement sales tactics that maximize customer value and personalize their experience.

Salary Range: $103,331 - $139,803 (plus eligible performance-based incentive)

Job Description:

We're looking for a confident communicator with strong analytical skills who can connect with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. The successful candidate will lead the research and testing of new ways to deliver customer value, work closely with cross-functional teams, and leverage data analytics to inform sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales tactics to equip Operations staff with strategic resources
  • Leverage data and customer segmentation models to lead small experiments focused on customer retention, growth, and acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to scale successful experiments into the organization
  • Analyze and inform sales tactics using customer analytics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business and at least five years of ag finance or sales experience
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and processes
  • A love for the agriculture and food industry
