Role Overview

At Manulife, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our employees and HR colleagues. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an HR Contact Service Representative.

As an HR Contact Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to HR policies, programs, and HRIS systems. You will be responsible for handling telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and poise, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Manulife's HR policies, procedures, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries
  2. Maintain updated knowledge of Manulife's HR policies, procedures, and tools
  3. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
  5. Utilize call tracking systems to monitor and analyze customer interactions

Requirements

  • Experience working in a call center environment is an asset
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required
  • Understanding of Human Resource policies, procedures, and tools is an asset
  • High-comfort level working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent technical capabilities, including computer skills and intranet navigation
  • Good judgment in interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures
  • Superior customer service experience and skills
  • High level of phone confidence and professionalism in interaction with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
