Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our sales team at Pine Centre. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing support to the Store Manager in the operational functions of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Demonstrate a customer-obsessed selling culture and build brand loyalty through excellent product knowledge.
  2. Team Leadership: Partner with store management to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities.
  3. Training and Development: Contribute ideas and solutions to the leadership team that result in increased productivity and improved operations of the store.
  4. Coaching and Feedback: Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide positive feedback.
  5. Problem Solving: Assist in resolving customer service matters and oversee and delegate tasks to the team to best maximize efficiency of store operations.
  6. Communication: Communicate individual and/or team performance feedback to store management and ensure team receives scheduled breaks and/or meal periods.
  7. Store Operations: Perform opening and closing procedures, and any inventory duties as directed.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 1+ years related experience in a retail apparel environment, luxury retail experience is a plus.
  2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team and viewed as a leader among peers.
  3. Organizational Skills: Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.
  4. Problem Solving Skills: Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  5. Availability: Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
