We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Factory Direct Furniture. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory management of merchandise to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
The Sales Team Lead will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
