Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at BC0001 Premium Autogroup Ltd. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance, identifying areas for growth and implementing initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels to meet customer demand.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports to management, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
