About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Flynn Group of Companies. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a strong understanding of technical concepts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage and maintain our IT systems, including computers, printers, and other equipment
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for end users and IT agents
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and independently
  • Microsoft or other industry certifications such as A+, N+, ITIL considered an asset
