About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hican International Consulting Ltd. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to maximize productivity.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Respond to electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational and accuracy skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
