About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team at Morson International. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet business needs
    • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
    • Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications
    • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Candidate Management
    • Review candidate inventories to ensure they meet the required qualifications
    • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and assessments
    • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Onboarding and Support
    • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers
    • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
    • Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs

As a Recruiter at Morson International, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail to ensure the highest level of service to our clients and candidates.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Language
