**Role: Supply Chain Supervisor**

**About the opportunity**

This role is based in St. George, ON, Canada.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a Purchasing Calendar related to all active SKU’s for the purpose of ensuring the continual review of optimal stocking levels to satisfy customer demand through normal and peak periods.
- Plan, communicate and coordinate with all vendors and transportation partners to determine production and transportation scheduling for all company purchasing activities.
- Negotiate pricing and business terms all while ensuring that you minimize company risk.
- Assist with vendor onboarding and prequalification.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand details of future product development and promotional activities within each of the product brands as it will relate to inventory demand and procurement.
- Enhance the current reporting and tracking processes to ensure all teams have accurate and useful information at all times.
- Utilize the ERP computer system to plan and document all supply chain activities.
- Support Warehouse team with inventory management and receipts, including landed costing, transfers, and adjustments within the ERP system.
- Resolve various problems relating to the supply chain and implement corrective measures and process improvements.
- Maintain process documentation for purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.

**Qualifications**
- Post Secondary Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a product sourcing/warehouse distribution environment.
- Experience with logistics planning, procurement based upon sales forecasts and vendor relationship management on an international level.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of flawless execution of tasks.
- ERP systems experience (preference in NetSuite)
- Strong problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to simultaneously manage projects and day-to-day operations with a sense of urgency and without compromising quality.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Be adept at using the Microsoft suite of tools, especially Excel, and use data to develop metrics, perform Root Cause Analysis and make Corrective Actions as appropriate.
