Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at True North Star Subs Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces are clean and sanitized to maintain a high level of food safety and quality.
- Food Preparation and Service: Assist in preparing and serving food to customers, including portioning, wrapping, and packaging take-out orders.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by serving customers at counters or buffet tables, responding to their needs, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs, and removing kitchen garbage and trash.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment, including sharpening kitchen knives and performing other tasks as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
As a Kitchen Helper at True North Star Subs Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and teamwork. Public transportation is available for those who need it.
