Coordinating Schedules Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain patient appointment schedules to meet departmental Key Performance Indicators.
- Handle customer communication, including scheduling initial appointments, rescheduling established series, and collaborating with Nursing Services on staffing challenges.
- Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies.
- Participate in close communication with Field Nurses and Business Area Managers to ensure seamless coordination.
- Support new initiatives and execute internal departmental processes, including database enhancements and workflow improvements.
- Identify scheduling challenges and opportunities, and escalate through the departmental process.
- Strategize with key stakeholders to mitigate risk and achieve optimal patient experiences.
- Manage workload, including multitasking, and prioritize daily tasks to meet Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry, with scheduling experience an asset.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing departmental and organizational landscapes.
