Job Overview:

Lifeline Fire Protection seeks a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects while maintaining inventory.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work efficiently with tight deadlines, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Annual Budgets: You will assist in preparing annual budgets, ensuring that all necessary expenses are accounted for.
  • Direct Daily Operations: As the Senior Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for directing daily operations, including managing inventory and overseeing project budgets.
  • Advise Staff: You will advise staff on various matters related to supply chain management, including budgeting and inventory control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

In order to excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
  • MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office is required for this position, as you will be responsible for creating and managing spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents.
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be working closely with colleagues and clients.
  • Organized: You must be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team Player: A team player with a positive attitude is crucial for this role, as you will be working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills are required, as you will need to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes a health care plan, permanent work term, English language support, and 32.5 hours per week.
